Bring your broken or damaged things along, and fix them with help from volunteers who know how. Run by and for the people of Watford, to keep useful things out of landfill, save money, and share a few skills along the way.

What happens when you visit
No appointment, no charge, no jargon. Just turn up and we’ll take a look then tell you whether we can help fix it.

Just turn up, no need to book

Register your item at the desk and wait for a repairer to become available (tea & cake available)

A volunteer takes a look and advises you whether they think your item can be fixed
4
You stay with your item and watch/help or you repair it under their guidance
5
Leave with it fixed, with a clear plan or knowing it really can’t be fixed
